OMG This is Amazing!! If there is any justice this Should be an Official Remix. I've been a Kylie fan from the very beginning and in all that time there has only been a few mixes/remixes of her songs that have truly done justice to the original (those of course were done by the Master Producers SAW) and I have to say with 'Hand on My Heart' that this is one of the best remixes Ever.
