The contrast between this game and the Truth or Square videogame, is that in this game you actually help the creature that eats you by getting rid of the parasites and garbage that is in its stomach and well, making it able to make its food go through the full digestive tract. Unlike Truth or Square where you just blow up bombs in the creature stomach you mess up with its digestive system, you expose its heart in its mouth, you make its heart get overcharged with electricity making it have a heart attack that cause it to have a convulsion and make its uvula break its own teeth, all while the creature was watching you.
