I think you can do a memory clean by pressing 10871087 from the home menu and then scroll to 002 and 0021 and press start on each.

Make sure the lifting gear is not broken on the tray or on the inside right of the machine. Also, check the sensors near the tray rollers.

Hey, man how do you fix the MP TRAY when it tries to take the paper in it keeps moving up then down and makes a clicking sound but it wont take the paper in?

Sometimes the mp tray side guides come out of alignment causing this. Also, try cleaning the mp rollers, they develop a dust film that can cause jamming.

@@Supertechs3 Yeah we had a plasterer come in and sand some walls during our relocation and the printers were not covered, I'm thinking the excessive dust caused this problem. Thanks mate I will try that!

Take it out, shake and reinstall, or try a different bottle.

Cool. I've been searching high and low for other techs coming across this same issue. We work on the kyo rebrands here in SA and our manuals don't even have that frame listed as a part. You mind me asking what the part number is for that frame?

@@riaanadams1764 I had the same issue with the part not being in the manual. I had to call customer support and they gave me a handwritten sheet with the parts numbers. The parts numbers are: 302LV02050 Guide cassette L and 302LV02040 Guide cassette R

Just okay as far as tutorials go, but it is very apparent this video seems to end before it was actually over. This is not "all-in-one", as I am looking for information on replacing the transfer roller and it does not seem to exist.

Pull out the drum unit. Slide the black transfer roller cover to the left and lift it out. Use a flat head to pop the transfer roller up and out, then replace. Very easy
