KYOCERA Video TASKalfa 2554ci & 3554ci Usability

kyocera 2554ci The software allowing to choose the basic things like "Scale to Fit" and "Print pages" instead of the whole document impossible to find, if it exists. I print A3 and A4. A3 from CAD software and A4 from word. Just IMPOSSIBLE to set up. So word documents come out on A3 because you printed from CAD last time. This printer is useless due to the software that comes with it. Our local agent cannot sort it out and Kyocera not interested.
