Maeda has proved he can play central so between him and Idah reckon that’s more than enough. My honest opinion I think Idah is better in Europe in what he creates gives us the physical presence and can be a pest for defenders. Initially under Ange he was very good but in the CL he struggled, he missed big chances also, Gary hooper was better, the stats prove it, but there is a love affair with Kyogo that I totally understand, btw , let’s not forget he’s moved to a completely average team eh, why’s that? The way our fans describe him you think he at least get to a decent EPL side but he’s went where the offer was. One more thing… why didn’t Ange take him to England??????? Speaking personally and paraphrasing Mr. Brendan Rodgers, if a Celtic player doesn't want to be amongst the community of the Lord's chosen team, at Paradise, and with the blessings and privileges of wearing the Green and White hoops, then away he must go. Quite naturally, as most Celtic supporters, I'm disappointed, but our objectives are constantly growing and changing and Celtic move onto pastures new.
