You WERE his student, I AM his student. I can tell you he was awarded his 7th degree a few months ago after he returned from his trip to Japan. I personally gave him a standing ovation in his class to congratulate him. Osu!

@RosaJapan2007 where does he teach in New York? I used to see him in Montreal. Once, he brought his jaguar and let it roam free between us during the class! Awesome!

Um, he did get his 7th degree. It was delayed because of Sosai's death, yes, but everyone's belt level doesn't freeze because the founder died ~ The organization still awards more dan levels
