Imo, Sojo can still take the fight in the storehouse due to the diversity in his movesets, durability and his mentality in battle. Unlike Chihiro, who for the first half of the battle focused primarily on saving the children trapped inside the storehouse (which as stated consumed a vast amount ot spirit energy). Sojo will only be attacking head on. And in the fight against the Anti-Sojo squad, Sojo took a lightning charged piercing blow to his body during Cloud Gouger's cooldown. Taking the massive blow before proceeding to slaughter the entire squad. Then about the abilities, as we saw with Chihiro. A broken Cloud Gouger's Yui can defend against a barrage of weapons fired off by Isou. So the chance of Sojo being capable of defending against the storehouse's ground attack or the assortment of weapons is plausible. As for the grenades, in the event that the battle plays out near the end like in chapter 39 where Chihiro (Now Sojo) is stuck in a distance and is bombarded by grenades. I see this play out: Sojo boosts himself forward with CG before throwing it, keeping momentum while Kyora deflects the sword away but the blade is then retracted. Allowing for Sojo to burst forward and deal the finishing blow. (This event is plausible even with the projection sorcery because Sojo would know if it was the real Kyora when he threw his sword or he keeps bombarding him with massive Yui ice chunks)

Storehouse kyora is slept on in terms of strength in the verse.
