I don´t think that it's too cold..and summer is very hot and humid, but there are matsuris and fireworks...I love Kyoto and would always go there...I went in spring, summer and winter...always gorgeous...

I was there in last July/August. It was hot but very comfortable hot instead of Tokyo. I like these a lot because in my home country Germany its not the same. Get hydrated but its easy in Japan and enjoy these temeperature.

Kyoto Local-san, 🤔 are gaijin tourists even allowed in Gion anymore? I remember hearing about how there was discussion to closing it down to tourists or even charging a toll for gaijin tourists to pay. [By the way, I just had this thought. 🫵🏻 You're a gaijin to me (in the United States)]. 🙋🏻‍♂️🗽🇺🇸🤝🇯🇵🗼My American channel name would be "Houston Local" if I had a channel. 🤭
