I love the Japanese culture because of how respectful everyone is to each other and their surroundings. The streets and the trains are ultra clean, it was incredible to see, but I just wish their work culture would improve a lot more so that people have a healthy work/life balance.

The state of entropy is always high here. Its rare to find respectable people.There is no good balance here. They treat each work force in the society in complete disrespect. But in Japan, the work stress is immense, meaning its not easy to achieve a harmony in society.
