Kyoto temple's autumn leaves night-viewing event

An illumination test run was held at Eikando Zenrinji temple in Kyoto on Nov. 6, ahead of a special event for night-time viewing of its famous autumn foliage.
Around 3,000 maple trees will be lit up between 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. at the event that runs from Nov. 11 through Dec. 1.
