For any of those who somehow dont understand why omni never worked on him, they dev made it so that after ulting (on any character, probably not saitama tho im not sure) you have s for 2-3 seconds to avoid getting omni punched right after ult, so the game could be more balanced.

Garou is the most disbalanced character in game, that have spammable attacks that deals incredible damage, has counter that countering literally everything, and all attacks is combo extender. Plus his Ult is so damn OP, all attacks is continue to be combo extenders, “Primal Hunt” literally goes through everything, and deals something around 85 HP. Garou needs massive nerf
