It’s amazing how the supermarket has mostly unhealthy food, since I am vegan /plant based a good amount of my purchased food is vegetables and fruit, oat and almond milk, whole grains, and beans and lentils, split peas I love this video Kyra you hit it out of the park

Skin care for me is nothing but water, or in the shower as a side affect of the process. I only apply lotion when my skin feels dry. Otherwise I am breaking out!
