That was an awesome part of the trip Vedrana. The market reminded me of the markets here in Hereford where my grandad would come and sell his produce etc. Loved the valleys and alien looking lands. Amazing how similar environments are around the world. I remember once being in Eastern Europe and thinking I was in Colorado. Do you plan to visit Bryce Canyon when you visit the US?

I totally agree with you. In Oman, we were in the Jabal Shams Canyon, which they call the Grand Canyon of Oman. And there really are similarities. I'm leaving on the 20th of September and yes, we will also visit Bryce Canyon. Thank you and have a nice day.

@@vedrana0127 Some of my international guests were more impressed by Bryce than Zion or Grand Canyon. Personally, I rank them in the opposite order, but I suppose it depends on one's experience. I will be at the Canyon a few days later in September, but likely we will not overlap. Weather is still hot in the West, but hopefully it will be cooling soon. I hope you have a great trip.
