No I watch money basketball in the 90s I’m tired of this whole in the 90s thing no the scoring is better because the scores are better these days it’s true that Boston’s defense was able to lock up Kevin Durand for a couple days but I think Kevin Durant would’ve done just as well in the 90s if not better than he is now for the simple fact that there are more people of his size now that could potentially guard him if he showed up in the 90s it would take a long time for the league to even figure out that someone that tall could consistently make the shots he makes there were no seven footers that could make outside shots consistently in the 90s not until Dirk and it was at the very end of the 90s now there’s embid there’s Durant , brook lopez there’s Kevin love Who is not 7 feet tall but he’s a big guy there’s Porziņģis. Big guys have more range and capability everybody has more range and capability there’s more offensive talent that makes it harder on the defense. The reason that the Celtics defense could lock down the way it did even though they have a very good defense is because the nets have a two-man offense and everybody knows it there’s basically no ball movement so you swarm Kyrie or Kevin depending on who has the ball ironically that’s also why the defense resembles the 90s because in the 90s most teams were constructed search that only a guy or two really scored think of the classic bulls
