I think, for the next video, Spectra could have a romantic/gothic victorian inspired look However, as ghosts are commonly associated with "the past", maybe a contrasting "crazy-modern" look could also be fitting, somehow? Like, leather with holographic acessories or even tech based, maybe?

Clawdeen looks gorgeous! her Prom dress looks Awoooh-standing! Sorry Ghoulia, I can understand why because of her skin and feature. If she were design she would have a rib chain like how Moonlight Jewel's did with her, a prom dress that gives out Zombie touch. Spectra has ball and chains, purples and pinks, maybe a torn prom dress to give out a specter theme. Take all the time you need to prepare Spectra.
