Here’s a few tips for Trickster. - Don’t be afraid to back peddle on tiles that have line of sight blockers to try and get a knife or two on a survivor, but don’t do this every time, do it randomly to throw them off. - If you are low on knives but on a tile you can throw over, don’t be afraid to pull you knives out for a moment as a threat to make them hesitate or crouch. - If you have less than 18 knives reload as soon as possible, it’s better to have more knives than less. - Be patient with survivors running into you, if they try to hug you to make it harder to hit knives, back up and throw your knives or M1 them. - ONLY ever use main event if you catch a survivor going for an unhook to either scare them away or quickly get rid of a health state and maybe even get a down in the process. Main event may seem enticing but you take the maximum slow penalty as if you threw multiple knives, so it’s only ever worth using for situations like those. - Practice the recoil, yes the recoil maybe random, but learning it can allow you to hit knives more often rather than miss. -Last Tip: never ever throw knives far far away unless a survivor is on max laceration, your knives travel slowly compared to huntress or deathslinger, use them at mid to close range.

Bonus tip for The Artist. When chasing a survivor, only use one crow at a time. Using multiple crows during loops gives the survivor a lot more time to repel while the ability is on cooldown. Using only 1 crow per activation can give you more chances at downing with crows in loops

Something about pig: Using her stealth can actually be useful when sneaking up on generators that have lots of structures blocking line of sight. Combining this with Surveillance helps. Also, don’t ambush survivors on generators. Try and get up at just the right distance to be up completely when you’re right behind the survivor. Worst case, you hit them once, best case, you grab them. Edit: 🍅

Also if survivors are aware that they're playing against the Pig, you can use Stealth to determine whether or not the perk Spine Chill is in play. If you're able to use line of sight blockers on a Gen where you know a Survivor is and they're not there, either they've realised a more priority objective like a Totem or a hook or they have Spine Chill and are anticipating an ambush

If you want to play a stealth Pig, then Whispers is a good perk. It activates at 48/40/32 meters and Pig has a 32 meters terror radius, so if a rank 2 Whispers activates and you crouch immediately the survivor that activated the perk won't hear you coming.

also am i wrong, or does crouching at loops when your NOT in the pallet really suck? at higher MMR's, and even at generally bad loops with lots of line o sight blockers, a good survivor will hold their nerves. of course at smaller loops, it can work but ambush still is very hard to learn. also at the RPD front desk the loop is just long enough that you cant get an ambush hit at the pallet unless the survivor has a brain freeze. i tried it MANY times.

I am a huge nemesis main and I use this tip to my advantage: the new Mrs. has a drag Hitbox meaning that even a second after you throw down your tentacle, Hitbox still keeps going, so you can use those to drag around loops and you get a short versus speed as well so you can drag over pallets that hit them easier

Some more tips for every killer: Trapper: - Don't be predictable, place some of your traps in weird places, make it so survivors need to look more than just pallets and windows. Wraith: - If you expect a Deadhard, bing your bong once to scare them (since it looks like you're raising your weapon) Billy: (The one killer I suck at so Im not gonna give any tips) Nurse: - Its ok to just walk if you're not confident with blinks. Sometimes good players will be extremely confused and might make mistake. - If the survivor is turning around a corner and your holding a blink, actively face towards the other side of the wall but then flick back to the corner when blink. Huntress: - Do not feel bad to lose if you're actively going for long shots and snipes. You miss 100% of the time if you don't throw your hatchet. Soon you will get better and better and can frequently land those snipes. - just watch spook n jukes or coconut or any huntress main. Myers: - Focus getting out of tier 1 instead of a hit if possible. Only if you can get a grab its worth to stay in tier 1. - You dont always have to tier 3 healthy survivors, if you know everyone else is far away, save your tier 3 and just chase normally. Hag: - You can place traps outside a loop to disorientate the survivor since it snaps their camera outwards and may make them lose momentum. Doctor: - Sometimes not shocking is better, similarly to Bubba/Billy, most survivor expect you to commit to the shock and continue to run. Bubba: - Continuing the locker strat, since Otz released a video on how to time Bubba's locker tantrum, always use 2 charges then bump since it is very easy to time a 1 charge or 3 charge tantrum if the survivor is good enough. Freddy: - Just... don't play him. There is no more tips for this boring killer. Pig: - I disagree with not using stealth, especially if you have lethal/bbq to know where they are, but only do it when you enter the 32m range to maximize time efficiency. - You can do a "moon dash" if the loops is tall enough where you hold A or D depending on your direction while looking slightly angled into the loop. This hides your red stain until the very end and may confuse survivor which direction you're going. Clown: - Best strategy for most loops is to place yellow bottle on your feet and throw purple on other side of loop, assuming survivor doesn't pre-drop the pallet you should surprise a hit on them many times. - While throwing the bottle high up spreads further, the center will actually be more empty and each cloud gaps are further apart. So only do it if the loop is wide enough. Spirit: - Unless you are confident you can catch up, try not to use up all your power in one go so you can use it in a better spot next time. Legion: - Always, frenzy a healthy person, even if you think they are alone. Yes you will have to fatigue but the survivor also has to mend if you find others with frenzy. - Similarly, frenzy injured survivors as well if you are already chaining it. If they were half healed they have to mend and full heal again. Only stop if they are in an absolute dead zone. Plague: - Focus on spreading sickness as early as possible. You don't have to keep chase someone until they are fully sick, sooner or later they will. Once most of them are sick then praise RNG god gives you a good fountain spot to kill all of them. Ghostface: - You can stalk injured survivors as well. Keeping them 99 and leave them makes them vulnerable the next time you find them even if they are healthy. (I've had one case where the survivor 99 heal and full heal in front of me but I exposed them instantly afterwards) - Never underestimate crouching, you never know when your crouch actually confused the survivor in loop. Also crouching reduce the chance of you getting revealed. Demo: - Start your shred while moonwalking around loops to ensure the moment you appear you already have a full charge shred ready to pounce. Oni: - Weird one but if possible only chase survivors without medkits when you have no power since it will take longer time for them to heal. Slinger: - You don't actually pull the survivor to you faster if you backpeddle as seen in the video, but it will drag the survivor a longer distance from their original location, so you should still do it. - Similarly to legion, even if they are injured, break the chain so they have to mend again if you plan to leave them alone. Pyramid head: - The cage always try to spawn furthest away from you, so you can use that logic to move the cagged survivor many times if you want to. - Your punishment projectile can go downstairs, almost no survivor are aware of that so use that to your advantage. Blight: - If you just want to get better, then go ham with your rush. Use it everywhere and use your experience to understand which objects are slippery which are not. Lilith omen is a very good blight to learn more tips from! Twins: - If the environment allows, you can pounce on top of a pallet or window then fall right before your fatigue ends so that survivors cant kick you in time and you can pounce them again. Pixel bush has a twins guide that explains a lot! Trickster: - Only use main event if the survivor is out of position or grouped up. - Always use knives even if close range since you can continue to stack knives on them even during the speed boost when injure as long as your tracking is good. Nemesus: - The moment you slam your tentacle there is a lingering hitbox, also you move faster for a quick moment during it. Use this to your advantage to "drag" your tentacle across tight windows or loops. Otz's 50 winstreak video has a more detailed explanation there. Pinhead: - With or without lethal pursuer, you can guess where the box spawns at the start of the game. For my experience, it will always spawn at almost equal distance from you and the survivors. Eg, if you spawn in the shack of cowshed map, the box will spawn to either the right or left corner of the map, depending where the survivor spawned. Once you are able to understand the spawn logic, your pinhead matches will go very differently. Pixel bush also made a guide so check him out! Artist: - In the damaging path of your birds, if there are any slopes, it will go up or down too. Similar to Pyramid head, you can place one bird on top of a stair and catch someone at the bottom of the stair. Also 🍅

Pig can also Ambush over some holes and stuff in maps that are normally not traversable. I've seen CMWinter Ambush over the hole in Badham's School building by surfing the small edge by the wall Plague, if at all possible don't let survivors max out your fountains with corruption. It causes all fountains to cleanse afterwards which gives them many more options to cleanse their sickness and you get more time out of your super barf if you keep consuming the fountains without letting survivors max them out. Pinhead chains stop all actions in the game except for vaults and I think unhooks (unsure on that one, could just be my chain was hitting the survivor coming off the hook instead of the person unhooking), so use that to your advantage to stop totem cleanses, door opens, box solves, heals, etc... Artist: when looping a survivor try and use only 1 bird to swarm them (well ideally you damage them with the bird but in many circumstances you'll only be able to swarm instead), when u use only 1 bird to swarm the cooldown before you can shoot more birds is VERY short, to the point where unless a survivor starts to repel the second u swarm them, you'll have your birds back to shotgun them for damage. If u use the Black Tar add-on this becomes even more effective

Mini tip for Artist, your crows will give you killer instinct for survivors in lockers, as long as you get the near miss still. Same goes for Legion, Feral Frenzy will reveal them in lockers. This is especially good because you can still interact with lockers while in Frenzy and if you pull someone out you skip the stun.

I'm only 50 hours in to the game so my insight is not very valuable but I've been using plague for a bit and enjoy it so I have another tip for early game to control gens a lot. If you're using Corrupt intervention it's even more effective, but basically what I do is that I just go infect all generators and keep controlling them until I find a survivor (or I see someone gets infected, then I'll know that they've worked on a gen!)

tip for hag DO NOT TRAP YOUR TOTEMS IF THEY ARE IN A GOOD LOCATION example in coldwin if your totem is in the cornfield dont trap it they wont find it unless they run a totem hunting perk or have a map. and this is just my tip. if you play hag and you want to main her the addons you will most likely be using the most are cicada wings or dead cicada's due to them increase your teleport range and there amazing there is also a brown addon that does this as well. 🍅 Nurse main (new player & casual) - A Multi-layered map will be your friend! Blinking through walls and floors straight to the survivor is only the second most satisfying thing for a Nurse main (first is successfully hitting that blink). If you don't hit on that blink, just know that that survivor shat themselves. (I've played games were I just go for the spooks). - I know this includes add-ons but if you get the perk which allows you to see survivors being mended by others, it will 90% guarantee a hit or a knock through blinking. - Loops? Fake disengaging and you might just find the survivors letting their guard down. Sometimes a bit of distance is all you need. - Unless you're up against Claudette with her ability to see a killer in a direction with a certain range (I'm new so I'm not sure if others have this ability), you can take advantage of balconies to scope out where survivors are and blink to them. This is probably stuff people already know but just in case anyone is new here and learning everyday lol

13:20 i love using zombies to hurt/down survivors, 1 time i was just chasing survivor at the loop waiting for 2 zombies coming to him and they downed him instantly cause zombies was on 1 side and i was at the other side so he could leave the loop or just get downed by the zombies

🍅 As a noob I learned much from this. It's more like how to prepare against killers. If the killer is noob, it doesn't matter, but if I notice higher skill level, I can probably expect some of these.
