Twins with an iq of atleast 10 will wait until they can smell your neckhair, they're that close or wait until you are locked in animation to pounce on ya. 2. The pounce has such a ridiculous hitbox combine that with lag and you just want to die in rl after this match is over. 3. Atleast you figured out that slugging is a big problem with the twins, but its not only that, its also the camping aspect, which is to some degree even worse then bubba. And lastly she gets victor so often there is not even an incentive to kick him. You outplayed victor and his stupid hitbox, kicked him while in chase and she will just get him back instantly. What drugs the devs took to design such a killer is beyond me. But then again, we are talking about the same devs that nerfed hillbilly (in my opinion the most balanced AND fun to play/go against killer in the game) But good for you liking the twins. It will not change the fact the overwhelming majority hate playing and versing them.

True - 50% of the time Wraith will invisibitch next to hook and then immediately tunnel - not even trying to hit body blockers just going around them. But if the Wraith is new (which is rare cause Wraith is an older killer and your MMR needs to be low to get a new-new wraith) he doesn’t know that his cloaking doesn’t count as being in chase and you can loop one window for a long time if he keeps cloaking.

Yo kyto, pro tip, if you dont wanna deal with the pinhead chains when solving the cube, the chains come in waves of three, so wait for three to come, break them, and then immediately start solving the cube and you should be fine

wow 1st of all: i did not know/realize that, so thank you however it isn't just the chains that keep you from solving the box in some situations you are almost forced to take the box to alleviate pressure from your team, but you also don't want to be chased (mby bc you are on death hook) however if you do manage to find a moment of 'peace' the chains will 1100% f*** you over in this exact moment and you'll end up being chased by him anyway

A lot of people start solving the cube after a chain hunt portal has already opened, so of course they get hit with a chain. If you can place something between yourself and the chain portal before you start solving the cube then you'll be fine, or don't start solving the box while a portal is open.

I actually like facing Doctor a lot. His power is annoying at loops but from a thematic perspective he's one of the coolest killers. His whole insanity theme of making you go mad and fucking with your skill checks and stuff is just really fun to toy with for me. Plus, even if his power cancels loops, it's not zero counterplay, especially if you can break line of sight and bait shock therapy at the wrong spot.

Hag is annoying since camping is so prevalent right now. It's not a matter of spending 3 seconds crouching past traps. It's crouching for 3 seconds over traps when there's a Hag racing back to the hook to camp the survivor you're rescuing. The traps are less traps and more swamp water that ensures that basic actions take too long. Having to look at the ground everywhere you go also isn't too great. At least trapper's traps are pretty visible, whereas Hag's traps are just a texture. Not a big deal, just tiresome and annoying. Dredge isn't similar; the revenant it leaves behind almost is never used and Dredge gameplay is more about locker jumps and being blind. For Bubba, I wouldn't call pallets and windows "a lot of counterplay." Especially if he can block windows, you have hyper limited options. Wraith... it's annoying since you're not only having to squint in every direction all the time, but he has a rocket strapped to him every time he cloaks and uncloaks, which you almost can't get away from. The only real annoyance with Huntress is how prevalent lag hits are from her throws and how her hatchet hitboxes are the size of a bus; you get unfairly downed all the time. I've been downed through two objects before due to the killer biased netcode being intense on even killers with horrid latency. Not wild about Onis, but a lot of that comes to down to him feeling like a petulant man baby who's angry when he can't one hit down everyone.

Something i like about Demogorgon is that even being the loudest killer, the stealth game style it's very effective. Being loud makes others think you're everywhere but you can be at the exact spot they don't expect. And funniest part of this is that the iridescent addons are literally a perfect match for each other.

I had the absolute honor of going up against a Jumpscare Myers. Random teammates. I'm looking around (Premonition) because I don't even know the killer (I like to be surprised). And surprised I was! I'm doing a normal 360° when on my left I notice Myers, standing maybe 15ft away and just staring at me and the teammate working on this gen. Bro I actually yelped, cursed, and booked it. I was laughing the entire time, because of that goddamn good scare. When I look back I see my teammate running, probably shocked, and running straight into a tree. That whole match was fun as hell. The Twins aren't usually played by the people that camp/tunnel in my experience, so I wouldn't place them lowest. They have the highest potential for it, but people that play them are usually good about not tunneling/camping. I've had maybe 2-3 Twins games where she did the body block basement thing. Just let people noclip into her when she's not active or just recently became active, make the time to switch back to Charlotte longer, or give her a longer "stun" if victor gets kicked/melted. Victor immediately melts when near a hooked survivor for more than a few seconds.. Maybe have her feel the effects of having to "regrow" victor by making her slower or something if he gets kicked/melted. There's a lot they could do to mitigate the potential for camping on them. "She places a trap near a hooked survivor" " 'She promotes camping,' I don't get where that's coming from" - The previous second. The main issue is that crouching to a hooked survivor is so slow (w/o urban, but due to the reputation surrounding that perk, no one w/ more than a hundred hours uses it) that regardless of where, she'll catch up once she sees the unhook, which they usually go for over the healthy or whoever they're currently in a chase with (that I've seen). You need to account for more than just the chase game. Her traps don't get highlighted unless you bring a flashlight, making them difficult to spot on dark or ground-obstructed maps. Also the forced camera angle change is very unwelcome. "She's so easy to counter" - no elaboration. Please do not say "Bring a flashlight" since that isn't something that people will think of readily with 28 killers in the game and numerous different playstyles. Doctor shocking makes it harder to stealth away as well since you will scream at times. Plague is due to the differing opinions on what to do, especially in solo. You have the people that can stealth real easily that will cure whenever possible and the others that will never cure. The options have to have full team commitment, which isn't usually possible in solo. It also doesn't help she has the vomit aura reading addon (there are times when I see something like that with distortion, which I cure, but I can't inform others without doing crouch morse code). Artist is above plague because she still needs to hit you twice, regardless of what other survivors do since her exposed addon is easy to play against. Also very low pick rate. I've played only like 5-10 of them after the first week or two. Dire Crows > Blood Vomit. For Nurse, you forgot about Starstruck over Ruin. I'd put her lowest if we were only counting skilled killer mains. I'd place cannibal near bottom against ones that employ toxic strategies just because it's him. I'll hate people regardless of who they use if they do that. If you get a bad one, however, they're very easy to run around for the entire game, unless you get Shitler Woods, since they almost never M1 anymore. Legion I'd place low because he's just boring. His addons make the playstyle worse for survivors, especially in solo queue (broken, pallet break, increased mending, etc). Oh no, guess I'll be the 5th hit down because that's not busted at all. There's also no counter play against killer instinct aside from isolating yourself from others on large maps or multi-story maps and not near stairs. Maybe if mending was affected by increases in healing speed, it wouldn't be awful. Wraith might be because of the speed boost upon using his power, especially with addons that increase this. This can cause a lot of scenarios where people can't gauge whether or not they can toss the pallet down or are far enough to vault. Also mid-chase going cloaked and cutting off probably also caused this. The only thing I find annoying about Nemesis is the zombies will sometimes gen guard, but otherwise it's mostly the nemesis mains being shitty that I hate about him. His kit isn't bad since he needs to 3-shot you the first time, if he uses his power. It's also easy to just bait his power since it's a line attack like PH, but you can side-dodge it or run into him and hope he misses, as a valid strat. The Dredge focuses on teleporting to lockers, which means if you're heading somewhere and you don't hear anything, you might be able to counterplay him or possibly lose him. One, it's not the same has Hag because lockers aren't directly next to a hooked survivor and you know exactly where to head to in the event that he does want to teleport back. Two, they usually don't stop chase to go back to the hook unless they're using Make Your Choice, which makes them prioritize the unhooker rather than the unhooked. Three, you can lock lockers, you can't "lock" hag traps or do anything similar w/o needing to bring in a specific item. Again, you need to account for more than just pallet chases. Blight's only fun if I'm not being lagflicked or they aren't exploiting something. I've seen one almost always stare sideways as he was running, which, based off how he played, didn't seem like a visual bug on my end. Huntress hate is probably from Iri head and broken hits on hatches, which is valid since BHVR can't seem to get it right. "Huge, giant hitboxes with bad ping in this game" - as a quote from you earlier.

I am glad pyramid head (my main) is so high up. I love getting wall bangs and flicks, and im glad most people enjoy the ranged attack too. A lot of people hate him because he counters DS and borrowed time, etc. And so he can tunnel easily if he wants to (supposedly). But it also means PH players cant really bring the meta hook perks like pain res and bbq and all that. So it comes with a price.

This. Also the counterplay is AWFUL. Just crouch walk everywhere. Yeah sure, real feasible and engaging. Randoms also can’t call out traps and because mmr doesn’t work, many don’t even know you can crouch over them. She is also one of the most common users of noed which is the most hated killer perk even though most know it’s not that good. Flashlights on traps aren’t much of a counter either because she can run Franklin’s and trap the flashlight if she’s worried about that.

I think the main reason for Ghostface and Myers to be on the top is not because they are easier than most killers to go against, but the feeling of being spooked when playing the game. A lot of the killers don't promote this type of adrenaline that people enjoy the most when playing a horror game. Sure we can argue that isnt the main aspect of dbd, I agree, and that's why it's so much fun to go against them, because you get a bit of the both sides. Myers even more than ghostface for me, since you never know what exactly he is running, if you are in trouble for the rest of the match, or if you are about to get tombstone, or if the killer player just wasn't very skilled or lucky to build tier 3 faster earlier, or if someone fed infinite earlier. Vsing Myers is just so intense and spooky and at the same time very chill.

9:38 As a legion main, the best way to counter them is to *all split up on gens* (Never have more than one person on a gen because one of legion's perks makes a loud noise and shows what generator your at with a yellow highlight if so) and *don't bother healing as often*, focusing on gens is the best way to counter as legion's main priority is stopping you from doing gens as *its really hard for legion to win when it comes to endgame.* Also if you've already been hit by legion during frenzy and you're next to someone who's healthy, body block legions attack so the frenzy stops and you have a chance to get away. (You won't get downed unless you were injured before you got hit a first time during frenzy.)

I think a lot of people just don't play Artist well enough, and I also think Artist has a lot more counterplay than she's given credit for. Strategically taking on swarms of crows from behind so you can pass in front of them, or to prevent teammates from getting swarmed is actually a pretty sick feeling to take on and get out alive from if you can successfully out-mindgame the killer. Also, maybe a hot take, but I think choosing when to run away and hoping that you can find a new safe place fast enough while still dodging snipe shots is pretty exciting.

I think the reason they’re voted like this is due to the perks that are usually associated with them. For example plague usually has thanataphobia/dying light etc. I feel like if you did this again and asked with no addons or perks how fun they are to go against it would be a little bit the same but some differences

For the Wraith, I don’t know what it is, since he used to be very fun to play against but the players I’ve gone against recently are very annoying. 1. I’ve come against a lot of facecamping Wraiths?? Even when the person being hooked is the first person hooked, and the match started 5 minutes ago. It’s odd how I see a bunch of Wraiths like this now. 2. The silent bell just annoys me since I’m just working and then I blink and I’m dead lol. It’s not like rage quit inducing but it’s really annoying

I honestly think Trickster does take skill, I've played him a few times and it's so fucking difficult to land his blades, especially with more skilled survivors, I find myself rarely getting main event because I just can't land them :( But I love his design so much, and his mori? Ugh 🖤🖤

I really don't like the zombies (of Nemesis). If you don't have a flashlight, they are almost unstoppable. And if they're camping a generator, you can't do anything! So it's GG if Nemesis has a 4 or 3 gen, with two zombies guarding two of the gens!

Actually there is something you can do about it. The zombies react to sound, so if they're coming to a gen, just crouch behind a rock or something and they'll go away. Takes a lot less time.

Onryō has nothing like basement bubba or pig tunneling people with an active trap to make them really oppressive for one person. Except for bringing everyone to a small map and bringing both the iri add-on to turn TVs on and the green add-on to give condemned on heal, then constantly teleporting and slugging people until you can kill them with condemnedation. Which is basically the pig situation again

Yeah it has to be a very specific build on a very specific map though. Of course yeah, if you're playing an Onryo codemn build on Midwich, it can really be hell. I got a quad condemn kill on that map without specifically trying to condemn them, I was just warping around checking gens and they happened to get condemned in the process. And the more you're warping around, the more likely they are to start trying to disable TVs, which only builds up their condemned more.

As a killer main who really got into the game just a few months ago, I find it hilarious that most of the killers I currently play are so low. Spirit is my favorite to play (never got to play super OP pre nerf Spirit) but I also enjoy Bubba (I've never face camped since I know why he's hated a lot), Artist, Plague, and Nemesis. Personally I like playing against them as well. I'm looking to try out Pyramid Head and Dredge next.

Personally, I don't think Michael Myers is the second weakest killer in the game. I run the purple tombstone with 25% or 40% obsession (if i have the oni perk) and since I don't have many killer perks I run play with your food, save the best for last (at times), haunted ground, and ruin. (I just got bbq and chili so I sub that in sometimes) This build just makes him toxic. Being able to kill 2-3 survivors a game and then go mach 9 is way too fun.

The problem with Plague for me is, that she basically cuts looping in half. Take this scenario: Beginning of the game, she somehow infects you (whether it is a infected team mate who joins you on the gen, she getting a drop of vomit on you but leaving you alone or she infecting you fully) and you don't want to cleanse right away, because you have 0 hook states and you don't want to give her an extremely good power right at the beginning of the game. The next time she finds you, she only has to hit you once, due to your infection and if you're caught doing a gen in a deadzone, the chase will last for like 10 seconds. You generally don't want to cleanse too often when playing against, because her red puke is super strong and it will end chases super quickly but that means that you're probably staying injured for almost the entire game, which will make chases significantly shorter, because she only has to hit you once. It doesn't really matter whether you cleanse immediately all the time or only once when on last hook state, the outcome is pretty much the same, being that chases will be significantly shorter, unless you somehow manage to not get infected for the entire game. Twins are more fun to me because their design only promotes camping, slugging and tunneling but it's up to the player, whether they really want to do that. A Plague player doesn't really have a choice in this. It would be a question of whether you use your power or not and not using it, would just be stupid, might as well play any other M1 Killer at that point. Twins can be fun, if the player chooses not to tunnel, camp and slug. It's a normal M1 Killer and dodging Victor is kinda fun. I'd take Twins over Plague any day, because there's still a chance that the match'll be fun. No matter how you decide to play against Plague, she will cut chase times in half and the Killerplayer has no control over it, on the other hand, Twin players have control over whether they want to camp, tunnel and slug. If I could remove one Killer from the game, it'd be Plague, because she inherently significantly shortens the most fun and integral part of the game, which just doesn't make sense to me.

Cleansing against a plague is only necessary in tough camping scenarios or when nearing the end of a match to get a final save. Other that those situations cleasing is a death sentence for the whole team but for some reason randoms cant comprehend being injured for a game.

for hag, there is counterplay, but you have to be an organized team in order to deal with her. you also all need to know how to deal with her, and if you are playing with your friends, that isn't always guaranteed
