Basant Sir, please do 2 min analysis on Metro Brands. It has high sales growth with high ROE. You mentioned that, when sales growth is equal to ROE, then it’s a picture perfect story. The company is able to deliver high ROE basis its high margins. But this company has a negative cashflow.

Hello Sir , Very good educational discussion ,Sir . I wrote two weeks before but that question is not lucky to get answered . Hope you and your team find that . Today another question related to Paint companies and costing of painting house or that instance any property .Our experience was that More than the cost of paint and other materials the cost of labour we paid to the contractor /Painter was more . He employed one or two laborers and did the job . We insisted on the paint of a most reputed company only to use and he quoted a high price for that .The material he brought like Paint Tins of a well reputed Company and other material .Myself being from Finance background easily estimated that over 70 % of the value was his labour and only less than 30% for Material used including the most reputed paint used . How does the costing work? Isn't it unfair to the paint company and its shareholders? We blame the paint Company for high price and even the painter / Contractor complains about high material cost ! He may employ labour at a very low price and make money more than the paint Company and the shareholder like you and me ! What is your view ? What is the solution? Isn't it one of the reasons for the muted growth of the Companies business ?
