지금은 유튜브시대지만 한 때 나마 라디오천국이던 시절이 있었다. 지금처럼 댓글이 아닌 엽서와 편지로 소통하던.... 그 시절의 어느 채널에서라도 늦은 밤에 이 음악이 나오면 마음 귀퉁이가 다듬어지고 어지럽던 생각들이 가지런해지던 기억이 있다. 수 많은 기타리스트들이 이 곡을 다루었지만 내심 박규희가 품은 기타로, 박규희의 손끝에서 산란하는 음파를 기대하고 있었다. 이틀 밖에 되지 않았는데 조회 수와 댓글의 수가 이 정도니 나만 아는 옹달샘으로는 이미 불가능한 거 같다. 하기야 박규희는 벌써부터 삼다수나 에비앙급이지....

It was based on the 1967 novel of the same title by Winston Graham. This theme was used again in the USA film " The Deer Hunter ". 1978 🌹❤️👋👋🇦🇷

I played this at music college back in the late 70s; all I can remember was hours and hours of practise and eventually gave me cramp in my left hand thumb. Technique is everything and you produce a lovely tone plus you make it look so easy, beautiful.

Beautiful pacing of this Deer Hunter movie piece. It embodies the movie's pace, message, and meaning. One of my top 5 anti-war films of all time. The only movie I ever went to where people didn't leave for 10 minutes, just sat in silence, and then walked out without a word. The music expresses what human language/words cannot. Ms. Park does it great honor with her moving interpretation of Stanley Myer's composition for the movie...
