Kyushu Trip #3: COMICO ART MUSEUM (Kengo Kuma), Yufuin, Mt. Yufu, Takasakiyama Monkey Park

The last day of our trip to Kyushu. First, in Yufuin, we went to COMICO ART MUSEUM designed by Kengo Kuma. The design, that uses natural materials and blends into the town of Yufuin, is wonderful.
After that, we took a walk in the town of Yufuin. We also visited Lake Kinrin. The weather improved and we were able to see the beautiful Mt.Yufu from the Yamanami Highway.
Finally, head to Takasakiyama Monkey Park, which overlooks Beppu Bay. We were able to close look at the cute appearance of wild monkeys.
We were worried about our trip because the weather was bad on the first day, but it was good that the weather gradually recovered. We hope you enjoy the scenery unique to Kyushu with us.
