Not happy about where this recording decided to chop at certain points, a little after 4:50 and another at 5:35. Probably gonna buy a capture card soon so I can stop using Xbox's recording feature.

Have you a tip for the jump at 4:40 ? I suceed the whole map but its the only one i dont get it and dont know why
@Miyagi32110 ай бұрын
That jump is tricky, almost seemingly random at times. It's gone through several changes and still doesn't work perfectly (in my opinion). There are some tricks to it that help though. The first one is your crouch timing after you sprint off the very first ledge. If you re-watch me doing that jump, you'll notice my first slide is completely silent, and it's because of when I crouched. I sprinted off the starting platform & delayed my crouch a little bit. I'm not sure exactly what the timing is off the top of my head, but you can experiment and find the sweet spot. Anyway, when you don't hear the slide, that means you did it perfectly, you'll get a slightly faster slide and get more distance into the next platform. Which leads us to the next trick... Stay crouched between your slides as long as possible. So, you'll slide & keep crouch held as long as you can, until you're ready to start the next slide sequence. This will make it so the starting point of your second slide is further on the platform, and your third slide will start closer to the base of the ramp where you jump. This means you have less distance to travel after each slide, making you able to retain a lot of speed as you jump up the ramp.

Didn't realize I watched your air parkour one helped me get my time down to 12:18

That's awesome! I'm glad it helped. 12 minutes is fast as hell for PA man, you should be proud of that.

This last ramp is killing me
@Miyagi3219 ай бұрын
The last ramp is one of the hardest jumps on any parkour map in the entire game, but it's definitely learnable. Just takes a lot of time/practice. After your first slide, you're gonna need near flawless chainslides on every platform. There's room for error but not much. Also, try to jump insanely late off of both orange platforms after your slides on them. This will help you maintain speed once you reach the final ramp. On the final platform, I do my chainslide, then I turn a little to my left, then jump kinda early on the ramp. So the sequence on the final platform is: Slide > turn > jump I don't know exactly why, but that little turn will give you a substantial height boost if timed correctly. You can also turn right instead of left if that's more comfortable for you.

I've finished LG jump and Project Air Parkour maps thanks to you. But I need a tutorial to do the 5:06 jump, I quit right there 😔 but I got stuck like 15 min on 4:11 too. Btw, you should do tutorials 😅 Today 03/05/24 I saw you and said Hi on Project Air, but im not sure if was you. NemesisLP 🤘🏻
@Miyagi32110 ай бұрын
Nemesis! I remember you. Hope you're doing well. 4:11 is an extremely early slide. You'll notice I run along the ledges that are slanted downwards, then I start falling off near the end. As long as you run off the slant, you should be able to press crouch very early and it'll give you a boosted slide with a lot of speed. 5:06 is similar to a jump on Project Air Parkour in the desert, where you run up a tiny ramp and into a wall, the jump & crouch to get onto the ledge on the opposite wall. It's right before the first chainslides in the desert. You're basically doing the same thing here, but it's more precise and is easier if you sprint. You want to sprint up that tiny ramp and into the wall, which sort of bounces you upwards. When you get the bounce, immediately pull backwards & jump. Crouch very soon after jumping and you should land on the ledge. It's just a timing thing, if you do it enough times you'll develop the muscle memory to know when to press the right buttons at the right time. I want to do tutorials, but I don't have a way to record my voice just yet. When (or if) I'm able to capture voice audio in the future, I'll 100% make tutorials.

Hey Miyagi, pizzaagresiva here, do you jump on the final quarter pipe?
@Miyagi3219 ай бұрын
Yes. I believe it's an early jump on the ramp. A very important factor in getting a lot of height is that little turn I do after my final slide. So the strategy is: do your final slide, turn a little to the left or right, then jump kinda early on the ramp. Definitely before halfway up it. I like to spam jump, but you don't have to, it doesn't really help I don't think

2:32 can’t seem to sit on the second ledge, am I missing a trick?
@Miyagi32110 ай бұрын
This map is filled with extremely precise pocket jumps like these. You might already know this, but just in case you don't, the project air parkour map has 2 of the same jumps but they're way more forgiving (both are in the desert). The concept is still the same tho, you move out from the pocket, waiting until your spartan uncrouches, then you jump & re-crouch into the next pocket. If you play on mouse & keyboard, these are often harder to learn than on controller since you cant regulate movement speed. If you're on controller, you can very slowly move out of the pocket until you notice you're uncrouched (there's a visual cue for this, your screen will sort of shift upwards and it's sometimes accompanied by a noise). You want to jump immediately after the uncrouch. Also make sure you're using "hold" to crouch instead of toggle.

This map is updated very frequently, almost every week. The version seen in this video is pretty old. You are likely playing on the newest version if it looks different than this
