FACT: Filipinos normally speak "Taga-lish", on a daily basis. We have a tendency to switch back and forth, from English to Tagalog. But not just the Tagalog-dialect. Other people speaking their regional-dialects also do this. We are taught English in school as a second-language, so it's very easy to communicate in the Philippines.
