Dude, I really do appreciate the way it turned out. It's about what i had visions of, it was a green bike to start with that I could tell. The only thing I was going to do different was the 4 into 4 pipes and the chrome fenders. It looks a million times better than when it left here, great job. And you said you didn't know anything about doing something like that.😁 You do know my one leg is longer from being pulled on.🤣 again it really looks great, paint look awsome, told you there wasn't nothing to it.👍

@tfjack97 Thanks Jack. I really never did a restoration or a full engine rebuild before. The whole thing was a figure it out as you go project, and there was a lot to figure out. It was time-consuming but easier than I thought. This thing runs so nice I can't stop smiling. It reminds me of the way guys would hotrod out the KZ in the 80s. 4 into 1, airfilter pods, straight bars, and some 29s. Everything you need to go fast. The port job I did adds another level of excitement.

Impossible not to think of Mad Max, when I hear that exhaust note. Beautiful example. Well done.

I agree with you. Mad Max was one of the reasons I am still infatuated with the KZ. Thank you for checking it out.

@@KZRevival I'd love to build a Goose replica. The fairings are available in the US.

I think you should do it. Do you have a KZ waiting for restoration?

@@KZRevival I have a '79 shaft drive, in boxes. I'd buy the correct '77 with mag wheels if I were gong to do it. It would be cool.

Thanks man. I agree with you. In the 80s, guys were doing mods like this here or stretching the bike. I like both looks on the KZ.

Takes me back to the day !. I had a Yamaha 650 back then, and when I heard the sound of the KZ pull up next to me, I knew I'd better stay in the slow lane 🤣

These days, the KZ may not be the fastest bike on the road, but it will certainly get you a lot of attention. I have people stop and talk about the bike almost every time I'm out riding it. I still like seeing these old bikes out on the road. Thanks for checking mine out.

That seems like a very powerful first motorcycle. They really are very nice-looking bikes, and they draw attention when out on the road. Thanks for checking it out.
