Hello Thank you for your good explanation But I have a question What is the bit stream that is transmitted in this case? is it 10001001 without the active 1 from previous step or after shifting 11000100 to 8 bits same size of the transmitted data and ignoring the last one or all of the set 110001001

Good explanation madam but u said previous bits 0 means transition, 1means no transition but u r explained entire topic 0 and 1 as next bit
