Sir is Electron beam melting and electron beam machining is same..?

No, They are not same, in Electron beam melting, we are adding material on the surface, while electron beam machining is used to remove small amount of material from surface. With this information as starting point you can read about both the process to understand it clearly. Just a heads up that there is electron beam welding also.
