Sir at 15 mins when you start topic of Re-Employment, you state that leave account is carried forward for civil to civil. Sir but as per Rule 34 of leave rules, it states that in case a person is reemoloyed after retirement, the provisions of these rules shall apply as if her had entered Govt Service for the first time on the date of his Re-Employment. Sir kindly clarify 🙏🙏🙏

Sir, I have confusion in prefix and suffix of RH. I think prefix means only before 25 june and suffix means on 30 june. If we suffix RH on 26 then it can also be called prefix of 27 june and suffix of 25 June and similar case arise with RH of 29 June. It will like RH sandwiched between two spell of regular leave but according to rule RH cannot be mid-fixed or sandwiched between two spells of any kind of regular leave

When a GS is re-employed again in Central govt. after retirement from 1st dept ( ccs leave rules apply at both dept), then can he make leave encashment from first dept. for his service there and can start a fresh leave account from newly joined dept.? Or he has the only option to carry forward his service as well as his leave account?
