As per the statement in the video, the land is converted for NA purpose by the DC and having A khatha.But site will get B Khatha.That means the layout is not approved by the Competent authority.Further ,as per recent Government order ,for selling a site it must have E khatha.Does individual sites have E Khatha ? Please clarify.
