Activate Beacon is less about stats and more about strategy, you don't need to defeat all the wanderers to get the 100%. The only troublesome wanderer to look out for is the Dark Myst (spinning one) since it's fast and targets you immediately. Pale Myst will leave an AoE below your MC, so try to stand at the edge of the beacon before it spawns the AoE so that you'll have more free estate to stand in the rest of the area. Malachites (orb looking ones) are less troublesome than the other two, but you will need to dodge their ranged attacks as well when the line trajectory appears. The spawning order of the wanderers will always be the same in every Activate Beacon stage, so what I usually do is just kill off Dark Myst first, which will always spawn near the entrance of the protofield. Another Dark Myst will take its place, so I will deal with the second one as well and leave the others be. If the others come into the space, I will push them off with charged attacks (claymore is best but guns work fine as well) and try not to kill them, since they're slower in movement and won't affect your progress as much.
