প্রিয় ভিউয়ার্স, আমার ইউটিউব চ্যানেলে আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের দেশে দিন দিন বেকারত্বের হার বেড়ে যাচ্ছে। এই অভিশপ্ত বেকারত্ব দূর করতে হবে কর্মের দিকে ধাবিত হতে হবে দেশকে এগিয়ে নিতে হবে। কারিগরি শিখব সোনার দেশ গড়বো, এ কারিগরি শিক্ষার ভিতরে একটি শিক্ষা আছে ওয়েল্ডং প্রশিক্ষণ। আমরা হয়তো ওয়েল্ডিং দেখে অনেক ভয় পাই, মনে করি এটা কারেন্টের কাজ বা অনেকের দিকে তাকাইলে চোখের ক্ষতি হবে বা চোখ নষ্ট হয়ে যাবে। আপনি যদি মনদিয়ে একটু ভাবেন বা মন দিয়ে শিখার চেষ্টা করেন তাহলে এটা কোনো কঠিন কাজ না। আমাদের দেশে ওয়েল্ডিং কাজের চাহিদা অনেক বেশি। এবং কি বিদেশের মাটিতেও এ কাদের চাহিদা প্রচুর পরিমাণে আছে। তাই ওয়েল্ডিং সম্পর্কে আমার আজকের ভিডিও।ওয়েল্ডিং শপে কর্মীদের নিরাপত্তা সর্বপ্রথমে বিবেচনা করতে হবে। ওয়েল্ডিং করার সময় আপনাকে তিনটি সেফটি সম্পর্কে ধারণা রাখতে হবে, নিজের সেফটি, কাজের সেফটি, জায়গা বা ওয়াকসপের সেফটি।হ্যান্ড গ্লাভস, সেফটি সু, সুরক্ষিত চশমা, ঢিলেঢালা আরামদায়ক তাপ শোসনীয় পোশাক,হ্যান্ড শিল্ড,সুরক্ষিত ইলেকট্রিক্যাল লাইন, কাজের জায়গা শুকনো পরিষ্কার থাকা, কাজের স্থানে দহনীয় ও বস্তুগুলো দূরে রাখা,ভালো মজবুত লম্বা ওয়েল্ডিং কেবল, আর্থিন ক্লাম,ওয়েল্ডিং হোল্ডার, ভালো ইলেকট্রোড, ওয়ার্কশপে ফায়ারএস্টেংগোশাল পানি ও বালির ব্যবস্থা রাখা।আপনার সুবিধা মতো আরো প্রয়োজনীয় সেফটি থাকলে আপনি গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন।ওয়েল্ডিং কাকে বলে, দুই খন্ড ধাতুকে উত্তাপের সাহায্যে গলিত বা অর্ধ গলিত অবস্থায় এনে চাপে বা বিনা চাপে স্থায়ীভাবে জোড়া দেওয়ার প্রণালীকে ওয়েল্ডিং বলে। ওয়েল্ডিং প্রধানত কত প্রকার, ওয়েল্ডিং প্রধানত দুই প্রকার। ১/ ফিউশন ওয়েল্ডিং, নন প্রেসার এর মাধ্যমে যে অলডিং করা হয় তাকে ফিউশন ওয়েল্ডিং বলে।
২/ নন ফিউশন ওয়েল্ডিং, প্রেসারের চাপের মাধ্যমে যে ওয়েল্ডিং করা হয় তাকে নন ফিউশন ওয়েল্ডিং বলে।
জয়েন্ট অনুযায়ী বিভিন্নভাবে ওয়েল্ডিং করা হয়, বাট জয়েন্ট, ল্যাপ জয়েন্ট, কর্নার জয়েন্ট, টি জয়েন্ট, এস জয়েন্ট ইত্যাদি।ওয়েল্ডিং এর পজিশন, ভিন্ন ভিন্ন পজিশনে ওয়েল্ডিং করা হয়। ফ্লাট বা সমতল পজিশন, হরইজেন্টাল বা আনুভূমিক পজিশন, ভার্টিক্যাল বা খাড়া পজিশন, ওভারহেড বা মাথার উপরে রেখে ওয়েল্ডিং করার পজিশন। কর্নারিং বা কোনাকুনি অবস্থায় রেখে ওলডিং করা। এফ ১,এফ ২,এফ ৩,এফ ৪। ১ জি থেকে ৬ জি পর্যন্ত ওয়েল্ডিং সম্পর্কে আপনাকে জানতে হবে তবেই আপনি একজন ভাল মানের ওয়াল্ডার হতে পারবেন। এবং নিজের যোগ্যতা অনুযায়ী কর্মস্থলে যোগদান করে সঠিক পরিমাণে অর্থ উপার্জন করতে পারবেন। আমার ভিডিওটি যদি ভালো লাগে তাহলে অবশ্যই আমার চ্যানেলটি সাবস্ক্রাইব করে পাশে থাকা বেল বাটন টি বাজিয়ে দিবেন প্লিজ
