वीडियो बनाने की परमिशन किसने दी आपको? जो भी सजा कानून के तहत वो मिलनी चाहिए लेकिन इस तरह से किसिको लाखों करोड़ो लोगो के सामने दिखाना क्या सही है? मुझे ये समझ नहीं आता कि लोग चुप क्यों रहते हैं? आप एक आईएएस ऑफिसर हैं तो अपनी ड्यूटी करना आपका कर्तव्य है लेकिन उसको इस तरह से सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट करना और वो भी बिना परमिशन के बिल्कुल गलत है। Extremely Disappointed! i can relate . i live nearby pantnagar and people dont wear helmets within the town only in highways ...and also i hate what helemets does to my hair ...it makes your hair flat ...its a hassle ...
