Hello from the United States! I love watching Grandma. I just wish I could see English again. I like to learn about Chinese cooking from Grandma, but I couldn't figure out what was going on this time. I didn't know if those were beans, or peppers, or okra, or some Chinese vegetable I've never seen before. Here in the US we were told that Chinese people use soy sauce instead of salt. I learned from watching Grandma that Chinese people use soy sauce and salt together.
