Bio:
Larry Keith is the Head of Conservation and Keeper at the National Gallery, where he has been working since 1991. He studied paintings conservation at the Hamilton Kerr Institute, University of Cambridge, and has worked as a painting conservator in the United States and Britain. He has contributed to several articles on painting technique across the range of the Collection for the Gallery’s Technical Bulletin, as well as contributions to exhibition catalogues on Velazquez and Leonardo.
