I've always wanted to collect all of these landmarks, and I always start a new game with the best intentions of doing so. That said, even with an awesome guide I get impatient and go "Screw it, I'll just kill everything instead." Thanks for your time and effort, even if it doesn't reach a homicidal maniac like me :P

I used this guide years ago to get the platinum on the remastered version, and now I’m revisiting the original to get everything in it as well. I honestly loved the commentary as well as the discussion regarding open world / sandbox games and collectibles. I find it really interesting that 15 years ago, this map was considered very large and high quality. And it still holds up to this day in my opinion. It’s been fascinating going from huge games like insomniac SM2 or Elden ring to this game and seeing how (compared to today’s games) the map is relatively small, but packed with tons to do. Especially the collectables and mini mission / challenges and hunting web targets. It really was a “make more out of less” sort of time in game design and I love not only revisiting these games, but also finding cool indie games that use the “make more from less” concept and run with it.

A easier way to get landmark 75 is by grappling onto the steel pillar and climbing until you reach the support end of the support beams. By then you have to fully charge your jump for maximum chance of getting the landmark!

I have ADHD and personal difficulties matching map locations, so doing this for time square really helped me and expedited my missing landmarks here, I'm using your vids to get my achievement on xbox as I write this, big preesh. 🎉

For that annoying one on top of the spire I just used the b button slow climb to inch my way up and then did a charged jump, despite all the things I wish they had carried over to the sequel I am VERY glad they remade the wall running system instead of directly porting it over from prototype 1 because this games version can be complete ass at times and collecting that orb definitely makes some of its flaws stand out

I'd like to give you a e-Highfive if that's okay... I had 83% of the trophies done in 2009... finally picked it back up to get my 100%. Last trophy to get... Landmarks. I followed a guide back in 2009 and had 198/200 by means of own-stupidity. Looks like I missed both in Times Square. Thanks a bunch for the video -- helped me through.

Thanks! That's awesome. Collecting landmarks can be a pain when you eventually reach the point where you do not know where the remainder could be. I'm glad you could find the rest!

Also, the ads in the 360 version of this game are differently placed. There are billboards and ads in the exact same spots, and the same companies have ads in the game, but the locations of these aren't the same as they are in this video.

That is interesting to know. For the record, I am playing on the PC (if it is not obvious). Most likely from that information, the PS3 version also has ads in different places, or in the same places as the 360 version. Thanks!

I find your lack of air-dash disturbing. Great guide though. The mini-map for Times Square was most useful.

I noticed something weird. When you got Landmark collectible #25, the game said that future collectibles will be worth 7,500 EP. And yet all the collectibles you got until #50 (e.g. 0:34) only gave you 6,000 EP. In my game, they gave me 7,500 as they should. Likewise, when you got your 50th Landmark, the game supposedly upticked their value to 10,000 (9:54), but once again, you got less than that (10:05). It's like your game is broken or something.

While this was helpful this was the only video where you made it a little conjugated, as such I'm stuck at 199, I can't make heads or tails out of your mini map, I would retrace my steps but I wouldn't know exactly which place I'm supposed to see the landmark in even if I followed from start again.
