اشكرك بزاف على هذا المحتوى الجد رائع.لكن اخي عندي طلب .واش يمكن دير شي سلسله ديال التوجيه الدراسي نتاع المهندسين لجميع المجالات مثلا المجال الصناعي بجميع فروعه والمجال الطاقي ايضا المجال الفلاحي . هاد السلسله غادي تعاون جميع الطلبة الحاصلين على البكالوريا فهاد الموسم فالحالة نتاعي باش نختارو ا بالتحديد المجال لغادي دي و فيه الاختصاص وغادي يكون عنا الدافع باش نمشيو مزيان فالمسيرة نتاعنا.شكرا بزاف على ما تقدمه

Question for Mr. Mehdi : When you see a junior and say that he can't make it, on what basis do you analyse his profile? Do you mean soft skills or hard skills? and what domain exactly? Thanks

Hello, Often you meet a junior and after juste 5 minutes of discussion you can say this person is the right one for any engineer's role I offer him/her. In the other hand, sometimes, you meet someone and just after few seconds you could decide that you would not take the risk by offering him/her the same role. The real engineer, the one we need in our nowadays tightly constrained and highly competitive environment, besides the technical skills that almost everyone is mastering, should : - show his ability to find uncommon solutions to unexpected problems - communicate easily in different languages to widen his possibilities and horizons - have a business oriented focus to meet the shareholders needs - understand where is the value and how to optimize it in his daily activity - above all, have the certainty that he/she is about to start a long career and that he/she has a lot to learn after his/her "basic" engineering studies To summarise, when the engineer in front tells you that you should hire him/her just because he/she is an EMIst, A&M,... RUN 🏃‍♀️🏃

@@elmehdielguarni2208 thank you Mehdi for the elaborate answer. Still, how can a candidate display all these traits in an interview/interviews? Is it the interviewer job to find it and ask the right questions? Do all of them do it correctly and should we always trust that they are good at their job and that we the candidate are at fault? I'm asking these question because many points are not easy to detect with certainty in few interviews. Some of them can be learned also.
