Recipe:
600g bread flour (type 13)
10g instant dry yeast
50g sugar (for a hint of sweetness)
50g unsalted butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
250ml water (adjust as needed based on the flour's absorption during mixing)
Bake at 160°C (320°F)
Baking time: 25 minutes
Note:
The yeast packet in this video is instant unsweet dry yeast used to make baguettes and it also makes sweet breads, but with a minimal amount of sugar mixed into the dough according to the recipe above. If you like your bread to have a sweeter taste, you should use instant sweet dry yeast (specifically for sweet bread), this yeast will develop well during the proofing process!
