Service charges for the Canary Wharf apartment will be around £10,000 a year. There is no point buying such premium properties if to rent out, the rental yield will be so low and management costs so high. Berkeley Homes is one of the most expensive developers and their concierge service is appalling. You need to goggle Randall and Rittner who are the managing agents for Berkeley homes and read the customer reviews. Staff are truly lazy and give appalling service.

if i have £2.6m, i wouldn't even consider to to buy a flat in Canary wharf. Only no brainer will buy. My qs is how many BNO holders have £2.6m???? whoever made such video is ridiculous. For those who have £2.6m, they don't need BNO to come here.

Why buy anything in Europe now? Expensive energy will impoverish the EU and UK. Can you talk about your macro outlook for the UK and EU? What does their economic outlook look like for the next five years? I am very bearish on continental Europe for both the medium- and long-term. Even in the short-term, UK is arguable already in a recession and if not, they will be next year. Why buy any European assets now? Just my humble opinion, but I feel like you are diluting your brand with these real estate infomercial videos.
