Very good and detail analysis. I have been living in Kingston Upon Thames for years and I agree with all the data that you show. In general this borough feels much safer than all the other areas I've been in London. However the devil is in the details, some areas are better than the others in this borough. It would be much appreciated if you could share the links where you find those data, then people can drill down to particular area / street to check the safety and school performance.

放心没有香港楼价高。在英国住远离大型公屋，治安和教育都比较好，chessington这个区大部分都是公屋，一直价格都比较低，治安不好，学校也差。

Kingston Upon Thames is pronounced as Kingston Upon (Tems), Surrey is pronounced as (suh-ree), NOT Sury , see google pronunciation, you should check out the proper pronunciation of the place before making the video, ask the local people , not your friends who probably don’t know the correct pronunciation.

多謝意見，幫到大家有多一個角度睇呢個地方。 我唔係移民專家，亦無扮過移民專家。我係分享資料。 我覺得要熟悉一個地方，最好當然係親身住過，或者至少實地考察。但睇資料都唔係無用，至少可以有個基本概念，幫助自己諗吓值唔值得考慮呢個地方，如果值得考慮就可以再深入研究。這就是做資料蒐集的初心。我自己都係因為在地朋友推介，所以想了解多啲呢個地方，因而去搵資料。
