After helping a collapsed diplomat at Addis Ababa's airport, Kibret was inspired to leave his job at Black Lion Hospital and start working on a medical service that would fill the gaps in health care in Ethiopia. With no experience in business and no manual to guide him, each setback only pushed him harder, and he continued to write his proposal, after which he garnered support from the Ministry of Health. He sold his house to fund this venture and pioneered a resilient business model with dual objectives: bringing in profits while making a social impact.
Today, his organization runs 12 ambulances, serving over 150,000 people and training 45,000 others. So, in this podcast, Kibret is joining me to share some valuable lessons on entrepreneurship, resilience, and finding innovative solutions to solving social problems. ​@@semereberhane6807 እኔ አሰታራቂ ሐሳብ አለኝ ማንም አንድ ሰዓት በሙሉ ሲያነብ አይወልም የማያቀዉ ቋንቋ አያሰተጋባበት ሰለዚህ ፁሁፍንና በንግግር ቢተረጎም ቆንጆ ይሆናል እንዴት ? ይሄንን ፖድካሰት ለመተርጎም ፈለግን አንበል 1.58 ሰዓት ይረዝማል 2 ሰዓት በሉት 2ሰዓት 120 ደቂቃዎች አሉት 12 ተርጎሚ ቢኖረን እያንዳንዳቸዉ 12 ደቂቃ ብቻ ይተረግማሉ በፀሁፍ ከዝያ አንድ ሰዉ ያነበዋል የጠያቄዎቹነደ ግሞ ሁለት ሰው ያነበዋል ብዙ ተርጎሚ ከለ ደቂቃዉ ሰለሚያንሰ የሚተረጎመዉ ብዘተርጎሚዎችን ማፍረት ትቻላል google በዚህ ዘዴ መሰለኝ ተርጉሞ የጨረሰዉ አማርርኛችንን ብዙ ኢትዬጵያኖቸ ተሳትፈወበታል
