like it mentioned, it only takes the last meter or so to progressively release brake pressure (to reduce or eliminate the shock) 10s is result of incorrect decision making, unskilled, lack of traffic prediction or simply distracted (including drunk) driving

I always use this braking skill. It definitely feels more comfortable for both driver and passengers. Don't understand why people still gas even they saw the car was stalled in front. Thanks for the advice Sifu !! Great video

probably won't care about shifting in emergency braking situation other than searching for escape route, then a plan to get there, only then you need engine power heel and toe is to rev match while braking why rev match? to stay inside ICE power band or achieve turbo anti-lag without shock, that means there is a plan to use engine power why brake? to reserve traction for cornering, adjust weight transfer heel & toe to stop is more for showing off than practical
