山東人愛吃大蔥，吃饅頭，麵條，水餃，煎餅的絕配都是大蔥，一顆饅頭一根大蔥就是快樂的一餐，再配上炒花生米更是美味，山東遍地出產大蔥但是章丘的大蔥最有名，一棵有180公分以上，蔥白部份又長又香甜，北京全聚德烤鴨用的大蔥就是來自章丘。
