It has to be an awesome thing to see everyone react to stone lifting and to your strength for the first time 👊🪨 5:08 それは本当です!

Thank you bro👍 5:08 Thank you for your understanding!! However, many modern Japanese do not realize how wonderful it is to train with stones. It's such a waste...

@@sobatsubu2021 I know, it's a forgotten and marginalized art, not just in Japan, in the whole World. Just like the stones you lift in the shrines, there used to be several historical and traditional stones lifted here, in Spain. But nobody lifts them anymore, they have been completely forgotten... It's a shame that many of these traditions have faded into obscurity, as they represent a deeper connection to heritage, community, and even nature. Reviving them, even in small ways, could honor their legacy and inspire others to rediscover the profound stories etched in these forgotten stones. Perhaps there's still hope for a resurgence, led by those who recognize their value, like me, like you.

@@TrainingEverydayUntilIDie I see!! I knew that traditional sports events were held in the Basque region of Spain, and stones were being lifted... That's right! We can't let the wonderful competition and training, stonelifting, go away like this!!

@@sobatsubu2021 That's true, but Vasque Stone lifting is done mostly with man-made stones (of circular and cubical shapes) and only on that region. Original natural stones from all other parts of the country are not lifted anymore and have been lost to time.
