The interior design uses natural elements such as wood, exposed brick, and even ceramic tiles, which bring an air of warmth to the environment. The social area is all integrated and large doors and windows allow the entry of natural lighting and cross ventilation, while the bedrooms contemplate a beautiful view of the pool and landscape.

This is by far one of the best small home layouts I've seen and would actually want to live in. Excellent thoughtfulness to living, dining, and kitchen space. And the L shape around the pool is genuis not only for aesethic but also to offer natural cooling effect to each room.

Exceptional floorplan...one of the best concepts I've seen! Two things I would change...the open to outside laundry is unrealistic needs to be enclosed...second add a master room closet where the wall unit is placed to eliminate the long hallway effect. Love it!

Quick question: where would the front door be located? If the pool is the back of the house, what would be the front entrance from the street or driveway? Also - this is an amazing design, very creative uses of space. Love the laundry, everything. One thing I would love to see though, is where the bar cart is in the dining, maybe have cabinetry that matches the kitchen, just the 1 row of lower cabinets for appliances like toaster, mixer, etc and with a counter on top to display or to help with serving, and then upper cabinets for extra food pantry storage (or anything storage, dishes, literally anything)
