1. Lift up each legs 10 times and hold 2. Right foot on left toe and lift butt up and hold 3. Upper body in Hollow shape and hands beside the calves and heels up and hold.. 4. Reverse table and slide back and hold 5. Lift hips up hands beside thighs and hold 6. Keep one leg up and hold 7. 10 lifts and hold for 10 secs 3 times ..
