This song came out while my mother was receiving treatment after her suicide attempt. I remember when i heard it the first time. I was cleaning in my kitchen and then I was sitting against a cabinet listening to it and then i was crying. I raged and punched walls and threw things and then cried again for what seemed like hours. It was the first time that i let any of my pain over her attempt come out, and i cant even begin to describe how much i needed that release. That was the song that I needed at that exact point in my life.

This was my depression song in 3rd grade. Bullying was bad that year- teeth knocked out and shoulder permanently screwed up. Abuse at home got worse. It was the first time I'd ever gotten passively suicidal. As it has always been, music was my saving grace. 😌
