1) never eat baking power used in cakes, it contains the aluminum which 2) never eat titanium dioxide used in candy. 3) never eat sodium nitrite used in bacon, deli meat, hot dogs . it can cause colon cancer 4) never eat sodium aluminum phosphate 5) never eat anything with salt added to ingredients. salt contains aluminium and sometimes cyanide. 6) never eat mcdonalds, fast food. alot contains aluminum and other metals like iron 7) never eat anything with enriched iron or ferrous added to ingredients or a high amount of iron in nutritional label percentage( make sure its 0%/0mg iron in label). iron minerals are added to food which will cause iron poisoning and liver failure. most breads contain iron. avoid them 8) never drink sodium benzoate used in soda. it can cause blood cancers. 9) always eat fresh meat/ fish with no salt added, eat fresh vegetables, fresh fruit 10) VERY IMPORTANT ALWAYS GIVE GOOD HEALTHY FOOD TO THE POOR !!!! never lie either
