It is not a piano accompaniment, it is a piano part.

quite rightly, it is a piano part (as Beethoven wrote this as a duet). But it is also a grade 8 piece for ABRSM and titling it as a accompaniment is correct in the sense that for a student, they would have a accompanist instead of a duet partner
