Detailed Context: Löwenzahn was a really popular kids show in Germany for several decades. The bald individual in this video is Peter Lustig, a true legend who died a couple of years ago. His dungarees are iconic. He even wore black ones for his wedding. The other dude is Paschulke, a stereotypical, pedantic german neighbor, played by Helmut Krauss (He also died a couple of years ago), who also voiced Samuel L. Jackson in Germany. Apart from being a popular kids show Löwenzahn is also one of the most popular sources for KZbin Poops (KZbin Kacke).

oh man you know what, i think i watched it literally decades ago when i was a kid under some other random name and translated. I clearly remember one episode where Peter's bike breaks down and he tries all sort of replacements including one of them rustic bikes with no pedals or breaks and this part of my memory got corrupted cus i also remember him tumbling down a ravine and exploding at the bottom. ¿¿¿. God bless this man's soul, his series were my comfort when i had to stay alone on my own at home.
