李小龍，本名李振藩（英文：Bruce Jun Fan Lee，1940年11月27日－1973年7月20日[2]），李小龍是國際著名華人武打演員、導演、武術家、截拳道創始人及著名香港粵劇丑生李海泉之子。李小龍是武术宗师叶问门生。李小龍生於三藩市唐人街東華醫院，年少時期在香港九龍生活，並且參與演出過多部香港電影。1959年，18歲的李小龍到美國留學、主修哲學，留學期間，李小龍邊開展武館授徒邊磨煉武術，又客串演出過多部美國電視劇。李小龍的努力表演改变了亚洲人在美国影片中的形象。1970年，李小龍獲得香港嘉禾电影公司邹文怀邀请，回到香港主演以功夫為題的動作電影《唐山大兄》而大获好評，李小龍迅速展開其知名度。此后他主演了《精武门》、《猛龙过江》、《龙争虎斗》及《死亡游戏》，此4部半动作电影震撼了整個影坛，而且在国际上迅速声名鹊起。
32歲的李小龍於1973年7月20日參與演出《死亡遊戲》期間，猝死於丁佩香港的家中，事件引起極大震撼，其死因至今依然充满争议。然而，李小龍去世後其聲威依然不減，李小龍的銀幕形象對全球華人以至世界各地均有影響力，李小龍的名字是武打電影甚至是中國武術的象，李小龍的電影亦常常帶有中華民族主義色彩。李小龍亦带领了香港电影冲出亚洲，走向世界，为香港电影积累了丰厚的资本、技术和观众，使得香港电影在1980年代開始风靡全球、为成为东方荷里活奠定了基础。

Bruce Lee moved to the United States at the age of 18 to receive his higher education, at the University of Washington, at Seattle and it was during this time that he began teaching martial arts.
