Never knew history could be so interesting, it's like hearing about the story of Indian game of thrones but with much more players and much high stakes. Thanks a lot sir. I read NCERT read spectrum but never developed such keen interest in Indian history. Eagerly Waiting for Ancient and Medieval series after this.

After the loss of Gorkhas with Kangra in 1809 with Sikh Assistant, an important Gorkha general went to Ranjit Singh and assisted him in many battles citing that he is impressed with Sikh bravery who can only match with Gorkhas . Those Gorkhas settled in Jammus and intermingled. Just an interesting part of History. Jai Gorkha Jai Hind. Love from Darjeeling from an Indian Gorkha to Mahipal sir.

Sir, with due respect..... U say u don't address people with their titles such as 'Lord', etc.... But u address Indian rulers with their titles such as 'Maharaja' etc.... That's just u being Hippocratic Now if u say British looted us, so did Indian rulers.... No monarch actually cared for their people!!!!.. Monarchy was always bad for the common people!!!!! I believe a person should be addressed with their proper name and title even if he/she is ur worst enemy....
