This French lock has 8 active elements on the exterior side, 5 are push pins with false gates, while 3 pins are on top in the traditional pin tumbler style. This video demonstrates picking the lock one position and then picking it back again (total effort is the same as picking it two positions).
I see this on the Internet as the ISEO Cavers, the Cavers Cavith, and the Cavith Evolution. It looks like Cavers was founded in 1945 and became ISEO in 2007. If anyone knows more details, please let me know! Guessing this could be called the ISEO/Cavers Cavith Evolution.
